This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which Khoji Infotech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us") may issue refunds for services rendered through the platform Khoji.in.

Khoji.in is India’s first web-based system designed to assist in identifying and locating missing and unknown persons using a unique one-click system. Registered users may upload data related to a missing person by selecting a service package, completing payment, and submitting details according to the platform’s data upload policy and guidelines.
Upon successful payment and validation of uploaded data, the missing person details are activated on the platform. Data is subject to manual or automated review and must comply with Khoji’s technical specifications and guidelines. In the event of a match being found through the system, both the uploader and the searcher are notified, with communication options enabled for possible coordination.

Khoji Infotech Private Limited solely acts as a technology platform provider. We do not conduct individual investigations or physically locate missing persons. Our platform enables families, NGOs, social workers, and public authorities to upload and search for missing persons. Any match found is based solely on data correlation through our system algorithms.
The Company’s liability is strictly limited to platform performance and uptime. In no event shall Khoji Infotech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service usage. Refunds, where applicable, are limited to the amount paid by the user.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation and are credited to the original payment method. Delays, if any, are subject to the processing timelines of payment gateways or banks.
Khoji Infotech Private Limited reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. It is the responsibility of users to review this policy periodically.
